My father was a resident for a relatively short period, however as a dementia sufferer he was always given such wonderful care and his family always felt that we were welcomed and supported.
I’m sure that there are many people who we did not meet who provided wonderful support and it’s wrong to highlight one person, but Dawn was always so helpful and caring and I would like to ensure you are all aware of her contribution.
I was very sad to lose my father but I was at least comforted to know that he was looked after so well in his last few months.
