What are the differences between each room type?
Each home and every room have variable differences. This can be room size, garden access or amenities in the room. Many of our rooms have ensuite facilities but room upgrades typically have larger shower rooms as opposed to a WC. We encourage you to speak with the home of your choice and discuss available room options and arrange a visit to see the differences in person. We truly believe that all of our rooms are lovely and we take pride in keeping them well-maintained.
Is there a bathroom in the room?
Most of our rooms have ensuite facilities and many of these have showers. All our residents will have full access to communal bathrooms as well. In the future, we hope to ensure all our rooms have ensuite facilities. All bathrooms are fitted with safety rails and emergency call systems.
Can the room be customised?
Yes! We encourage you to make yourself at home. You can redecorate your room if you like and even bring your own furniture. We want your room to be as personal to you as possible – we’ll even hang your pictures for you, as we understand that these are precious memories you want to cherish. The only requirements are that all furniture passes a safety inspection and any electronics we need to get PAT tested
