Specialising in care for those with behavioural problems, memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer’s, there are a range of spacious, bright ground floor rooms that give guests the freedom to do the things they love, be it reading, watching TV, completing the crossword or having a natter. There’s also a conservatory and a large secluded garden that guests can easily access to relax in the shade of the trees.
It’s not just our care teams that are exceptional, the homes themselves are specially created with the latest dementia-friendly design to make them secure and comfortable. Add in quality furnishings, fabrics, technologies and details and they become more than just wonderful care homes, but luxury ones where your loved-ones can be truly happy. And to keep the homes like this, we employ full-time maintenance staff.
The members of our care team are nurtured, well-led and fully trained in all areas of care, from specialist dementia & Alzheimer’s to food hygiene and challenging behaviour. This training is continuous too, so they grow, develop and are always aware of the latest techniques, while also being able to respond to any changes in Person Centred Care as new information is made available. Just as important, they enjoy what they do and naturally deliver care with love and sensitivity.

At the same time, they’ll develop friendships in the wider group as they enjoy regular entertainment and outings that create and strengthen bonds. You’ll always be their family, but you can rest-assured, they’ll feel part of our extended one too.
We know by having a strong staff structure with Carer Banding System that supports all levels of care, and by designing and maintaining luxury homes, we can deliver the highest standards of care. However, we haven’t stopped there. We’ve put in place a daily, annual and independent ISO 9001 audit system to provide us with frequent feedback and guidance to ensure our exceptional standards are always maintained.
