My father was a resident for a relatively short period, however as a dementia sufferer he was always given such wonderful care and his family always felt that we were welcomed and supported.

I just wanted to write you a quick email to tell you about Lola at Nightingale Court Care Home.
My family and I have had a rough few months which started just after Christmas when my Grandma became very poorly with pneumonia, we were advised by a doctor at one time to say our goodbyes as she deteriorated.
By some miracle she recovered but it left her very frail and her dementia worse, she was transferred to the Clarence Unit at WL in Gosport but was very unhappy.
Your care home was recommended and once we had spoken with Lola it was obvious that the home was her life and she cared deeply for its residence.
Since my grandma has arrived to live in room 104 she has been treated like a princess and the communication with Lola to get her settled in and a few things sorted has been amazing.
Lola is an absolute delight to speak to and is so kind and helpful. She is an asset to Nightingale Court.
