English Oak Care Homes
Logo black

It Is fabulous to be part of a group, or family, but sometimes it is nice to be recognised as and individual that has very specific needs or interest and we at English Oak Care Homes pride ourselves on recognising these points very early on so that we can deliver the very best individual care which may be quite uncommon and unique but important nevertheless.

Meet The Manager

Manager's Photo

I began my career in the care sector in 1998 when I left school, my previous roles include Cleaner, Carer, Senior Carer, Team Leader, Deputy Manager and now Registered Manager.
I joined English Oak in Nov 2020 as the Deputy Manager and proudly became the Registered Manager in January 2022.
I am a Dementia Interpreter and have completed the Six Steps end of life care program, to share with my team. To develop their knowledge and deliverance of care, specifically, to individual needs and situations.

At Willow Lodge we are committed to enhancing the lives of those on their journey of Dementia and to support their families through the experience also.
I believe in the ‘home form home’ ethos and my managers vision is based on this. At Willow Lodge we want your loved ones to feel welcome, valued and safe whilst having fun too!
If you would like any advice, support, or a general chat about a loved one’s care, please feel free to pop in, call or email, for a coffee and a look around.

I look forward to meeting you.

Meet The Manager

Manager's Photo

I started working at Nightingale Court in April 2022, initially joining as Head of Care. From here I have grown and progressed within the Home, working my way swiftly to the position of Deputy Manager, before, more recently being promoted to Home Manager.
I have worked in the Care sector since March 2014, starting my career as an agency carer, motivated by a personal circumstance that helped me realise my passion.

I enjoy caring for the elderly and especially those living with Dementia, as I feel strongly that no one’s quality of life should be compromised based on their cognition.
My aim is to make sure that everyone who resides with us is provided with the highest level of care and feels safe in their environment.

I am proud of Nightingale Court and the team who work here, who are all striving towards a shared goal of respecting the wishes and preferences of our residents
