We may collect your name, contact details, enquiry details and any information you choose to provide. Recruitment applications may also include employment history, qualifications, right-to-work information and an uploaded CV.

How we use it

We use website information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits, manage recruitment applications, maintain appropriate records and protect the security of our services. We do not sell personal information.

Website service providers

Enquiry and recruitment forms are transmitted using FormSubmit, a third-party website form service, before being delivered to English Oak Care Homes. The site also embeds or links to services supplied by Google Maps, YouTube and carehome.co.uk. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when their content is loaded.

Retention and sharing

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was supplied and any applicable legal, safeguarding or record-keeping requirements. It is shared only with staff or service providers who need it for that purpose, or where disclosure is required by law.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your personal information, request correction or deletion where applicable, object to or restrict certain uses, or raise a concern about how it is handled.
